You can opt out of SMS-based two-factor authentication at any time. We support three methods.
From the phone receiving the messages, reply with any of these keywords to immediately unsubscribe:
STOP · END · CANCEL · UNSUBSCRIBE · QUIT
You'll receive a final confirmation SMS and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll later, reply START or re-enable SMS 2FA from Account → Security.
Sign in to Presence+ and go to Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You can disable SMS entirely or switch to an authenticator-app method instead.
Switching methods does not lock you out — you can re-enable SMS at any time.
If you no longer have access to the phone or your account, email support@truepresence.com and we'll remove the number from our SMS program.
Include the mobile number (in international format) you'd like unsubscribed.
After you opt out
You'll no longer be able to receive 2FA codes by SMS. If your role requires two-factor authentication (mentor, org admin, or super admin), you must enable an authenticator-app method (e.g. Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) to keep accessing your account.
