This preview is read-only. To actually enroll, sign in to TruePresence and go to Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.

How users actually opt in

  1. The user signs in to TruePresence and navigates to Account → Security.
  2. They choose Text message (SMS) as their two-factor method.
  3. The form shown above appears. The user types a mobile number and must check the consent box (unchecked by default) before the Send code button is enabled.
  4. We send a one-time verification SMS via Twilio. The user enters the 6-digit code to confirm ownership of the number and complete opt-in.
  5. Date, time, IP address, and user-agent of the consent are logged for compliance records.

How users opt out

  • Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any TruePresence SMS.
  • Sign in and toggle off SMS 2FA from Account → Security.
  • See the public opt-out page for full instructions.

Message types we send

Transactional only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or PHI content via SMS. Examples: sign-in verification codes, password- reset codes, security-settings-change alerts.
